Welcome to Tom Trades, a division of TERRIS PTY LTD. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). These TOS apply to all our offers, including the Tom Trades Inner Circle Mentorship. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

- Tom’s 5+ years and 7+ figures in profits trading knowledge condensed into 40 hours of lessons. Everything you need, and nothing you don’t.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for selected packages as detailed above. The initial payment must be made to access the respective offer, and all subsequent payments must be completed within the stipulated time frames.

3.2 Late Payments: Failure to make the full payment within the agreed timeline will result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Tom Trades has a strict no refund policy

5. Termination of Agreement

5.1 Termination by Tom Trades: We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time if the terms of this agreement are violated.

5.2 Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their agreement by providing written notice. Termination does not waive the payment obligations for any outstanding balances.

6. Entire Agreement

This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between Tom Trades and the client regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
